 Abrasion marks,
 Asymmetry in sneakers,
 Incorrect size provided by Seller,

 Attachment of soles to upper and of components of soles to one another,
 Durability of outsole – will not deteriorate, crack, or split under normal wearing conditions.

The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation:
Damage due to:

  4. Misuse, accident, substitution, abuse,
  5. Non-professional treatment, service, or neglect of care,

  7. Any type of use causing damage like flame or deterioration,
  8. Mechanical damage,
  9. Not following maintenance Tips,
  10. Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged, or other abnormal wearing accidents,
  11. Damages due to wear & tear may occur on the toe of the shoes & in the lines, painted or plated heels, resulting from how they are used.
