Returned Items Must Comply with Our Return Policy:
We only offer size exchanges for shoes within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your order.

  • No exchanges for design or color.
  • If you need a size exchange, follow these steps:
    1. Call us and provide your name, product name, and size.
    2. We will send the correct size.
    3. When the delivery person arrives with the new size, you must return the wrong size in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange Delivery Charges:

  • Dhaka: BDT 150 per product
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 250 per product

🚫 Used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

As per the instructions of the National Consumer Rights Protection Department, if you do not receive the original product image as shown, or if there is a size issue or any defect, please inform us immediately and return the product to the delivery personnel.
